If you're not already connected with your county board of developmental disabilities, we'll help you get started. Together we'll confirm which DODD services you or your loved one qualify for.
We meet with you (and anyone else you'd like involved) to design a person-centered support plan around your goals, preferences, and schedule.
Once your plan is in place, your Stellar Support team gets to work — and we stay in regular contact to make sure everything is working for you.
